The seller answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. I can tell it was refurbished as it had scrapes and was missing rubber feet on 1 side. Computer is working fine so far. Much faster than the Stone Age laptop I was using. I really like the small size. If you're not concerned with the arrival time, It's a good value. Page say shipped UPS Ground.ITS NOT! Shipped snail mail(USPS)
