However, the reason for a neutral rather than positive rating comes down to the packaging. A box or at least some bubble wrap,would have offered much better protection for the wheels. Instead, it arrived wrapped only in plastic, which provided little security for the retractable components and suitcase frame during handling. Thankfully, there’s no visible damage, but given the price point and used condition, more careful packaging would hav
