    We send a working unit, we have the video of testing as proof. Then this buyer claim that the unit is not working, I agree to return it and send a refund. After I sent a refund we found out that the unit the buyer return to us is a different unit they just remove the board inside and replace it with a defective one, also the buyer remove the warranty stickers and other parts of the unit. We don't have a choice or option but to refund as eBay mandate.
