He phoned me, which I missed, and said he was phoning about delivery. When I messaged back and asked him for the update he became evasive and wouldn't provide courier, tracking or when sent. Turned out it was sent by evri and tracking was available so no reason to withhold. Very strange behaviour.

The seller originally admitted the mistake and said they would fix it, but later sent photos confirming delivery of the incorrect item again and refused to correct the issue. I eventually had to request a refund. Very poor service — I would not recommend this seller.
