    Seller wrote to me "Its not what I was looking for when I gave it to my son he tod its no good to him". The item listing & description section has paragraphs of explanation of what this item is and what it is used for. Furthermore, HDANYWHERE has a great website with details and specifications of the HDMI Extender. It just appears that the buyer bought an incorrect item for someone else.

    The item was received a little later than expected. Nonetheless it was exactly as stated. I will note though that the envelope had clearly been opened when received but nothing appeared to be missing, so no harm done. Many thanks.

    My apologies, I was delayed in sending it as I was abroad when the order was made. Damage to envelopes does occur sometimes via Royal Mail unfortunately; luckily, the item was insured in this case.
