- s***m (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem never shipped. According to tracking info, the label was printed, but UPS never received the item. Once delivery date estimate window had passed and it still had not been shipped, I reported the item is not received. The seller then called by phone and claimed that he had sent the package, but that UPS had lost it, which I seriously doubt. Seller offered to send out a new item if I cancelled the “did not receive” status. After seeing others had similar issues, I chose a refund instead.
