I asked if they ship in a bag and was told "No it will be protected by the cardboard". Seller wanted it back for an exchange for a refund. Seller received the item back and did nothing for 3 days. Once I reminded them about the refund they simply released the funds. Never even responded to my message. The seller seemed bothered and put out by the entire exchange. No apologies nothing, neutral for the fact that I got a return.
