    Okay so you sold me this scanner 2 months ago. I just opened it. But the prongs on the a.c. adapter are stuck. And they don't even look like normal prongs. I pushed the button on the adapter, but nothing happens. I tried to pull theprongsout with my fingers but they are stuck. What's going on here?
