We have not been able to use it yet as we are waiting for our uber-tech savvy nephew to visit and program the thing. It is a shame that the company no longer manufactures this device, as it is superior to others on the market. We were very pleased to find one stated as new. Now if I can only train my partner not to leave the thing where it can easily be knocked onto the floor. It is what killed the original remote.
