- p***n (1501)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSo the monitor arrived packaged very well. However, there power button was stuck in the "On" position and the power cord was missing. This did not affect how the monitor worked (I had an extra power cord). The seller immediately refunded us 25% of the price and agreed to send a power cord. One day later, the monitor completely quit working. The seller simply asked for photos and then sent us a full refund. Not sure what happened but the seller was very responsive and great. A+!
