HOWEVER, I contacted the seller through ebay, and they were extremely helpful with getting my issue resolved. All I had to do was put "Must be OEM unlocked" in the note-to-seller box on checkout, and they got me exactly what I needed with a second phone purchase (the first one was returned). I'm very grateful for their help with this.
