They arrived new and undamaged. For the price they are fantastic in my opinion. There are not a lot of options still available for 3x10 groupsets, but these are a great option. They are light weight but sturdy and provide really good feedback. I also like how the brake is separated from the lever to move to a larger gear. It makes braking feel better.
