I'll add If your gonna do this make sure you use a compatible ssd because not every ssd can be read by a macbook. The crucial 2tb that I bought wasn't able to read but a 500gb team group did. ( I dont sell anymore) The ones with NFHK-N-941A on them work with P2 and P3 Crucial 1TB, 2TB and 4TB and also I have found an M.2. don't read yet! The ones with BZHS on them also work but don't align with screw hole nicely like the NFHK one
