You could see some wear on the input areas where you place USB, or other cords, etc. They looked maybe cracked but were working. I did receive the wrong charger, however, the seller is working to resolve the issue immediately. The appearance is great, no visible scratches or dents to the outside or inside the device. The price was great. The specs were comparable to the Chromebook issued by LAUSD but better with tablet mode. Quality is good but froze a few times.
