    The item has been delivered and it has been left on my door step by Evri in the rain when it could clearly be posted through my letter box. I am away until Saturday, so unable to check the contents as to whether the rain has got in to it. I have asked my neighbour to bring it in but she is not back until this evening. I am not sure if the postage of the item is insured??

    Hi I'm sorry to hear that the package was left in an exposed spot. I'm not sure it would have gone through your letter box as it was bigger than average sheet music and had to be sent small parcel. It was wrapped in bubble wrap as well as brown paper. Hopefully that has protected it. Package was sent via ebay's Simple Delivery. If it is damaged, please contact ebay. I'm sure they can resolve the issue and insurance will apply. Sincerely, jmg2
