When the player did not work, I contacted the seller, he provided ideas to fix the unit, however, after trying to fix, I was not able to get it to play. I contacted the seller again and we had a very professional conversation about what may have happened during shipping across the country (CA -NY) and agreed, something got misaligned to make the unit not play.
