It was locked to t mobile who said they would not unlock it for me as it wasn't my phone. The seller never responded after I let them know t mobile said it was locked and they wouldn't unlock it. Asked seller if they can do anything to unlock it as I bought it for my mother in law who lives 3 hrs away and I'm at her house trying to set it up. Seller never responded to that message but they did approve a return label.
