This item arrived with very poor packaging with the packaging completely thrashed upon arrival. The item was advertised as new but had dirt and grim on it along with scratches indicating that it was either previously used or not stored properly or packaged for transportation via USPS properly. The item appeared to have a glaze of glue like substance on it that sticks to one's hands upon handling. I had to wipe it clean and noticed minor scratches on it. Not a new mint quality BMW original item.

We're sorry to hear about the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery. We actually took measures to fortify the package so that something like that would not occur. Occasionally the couriers can be exceedingly rough with some packages.As for its condition, it was inspected prior to shipment.Our parts are brand new and come direct from one of BMW's warehouses, so a used part being delivered is simply impossible. One can only conclude that its delivered condition was due to mishandling.
