I had a long chat online with them yesterday and they told me that it hadn't been scanned back. They would need to do an investigation and that could take 6 days. I feared the worst but last night I had an email advising me that it would be delivered today. So all is well that ends well. I am looking forward to setting it up and watching and recording. Thanks again.
