    The poster tube was crushed at an angle in transit and the poster was damaged. I am unable to return it (tube was damaged severely, but perhaps the transit company should offer some compensation). Your company is not at fault here ... the tube itself appeared to be adequately "thick" for transport ... the error is the transit company's negligence. Thank you.
