    I ordered two bulbs which arrived promptly, however the box had been damaged in transit (despite clearly being labelled as fragile) and one of the bulbs was cracked and unusable. The seller was very quick to respond and offered a partial refund or replacement. The undamaged bulb works as expected, time will tell regarding longevity. I would use the seller again as the bulbs were good value and issue was not their fault.
