Paid 6 pound for postage for it still have not to arrive, have waited since the 15th , left a message to assure it comes on time as it was for my sisters funeral and I was ignored, not great at all

The buyer paid £3.69 for the postage not £6 and purchased the item on 20th April which was a Saturday and I dispatched on the 22nd April being a Monday when the post office reopened after the weekend. Royal Mail tracked stated it was delivered on 26th April to the address provided. Unfortunately I must have missed the message the buyer sent to me and was unaware of any issue until I received the feedback as no case opened.I have since left a message for the buyer to which I have had no reply.
