The package arrived 3 days earlier than initially anticipated which was a huge bonus! The cable that goes from the brick to the wall for the soundbar was not in the box nor was any hardware (besides the L brackets) for mounting the soundbar to the wall. Both proved to be simple fixes as they are relatively universal and easy to replace components. I can only assume there were components removed and not returned at some point in the life cycle of the open box product. No biggie. Great unit!
