The item I received was not working and visibly damaged. I contacted the seller and after pictures were sent they told me they’d refund me. A couple of days later they send a message asking if I’d like to keep the item and receive less than half of what I paid in return. I reply that the item is broken and therefore no reason for me to keep it. I tell them I’d like a full refund and I’ll send the item pack if they pay for shipping. Since the last message I’ve received no response.
