this item was shipped and i personally went to post office they are having a delay with their system and said it wouldn't be updated til Monday. I relayed this info to the customer. unfortunately we have no control over the postal service. customer gave us negative feedback do to something out of our control and we truly apologize for this inconvenience. I hope they get their package info by monday.
