I contacted the seller because the item was way too small to be a size M. I explained that I already owned the same item in a size M (exact same size , different colour) and the one I received from this seller is not a size M. He said sorry and asked how I would like to proceed, but then when I asked to return the item he questioned my issues with the product all over again. So I gave up.

buyer wanted a refund after 30 days claiming the item was too small. They told me they'd give me bad feedback if I did not respond quickly. After explaining to the buyer that all the sizes and measurements were noted in the description, the buyer stopped responding completely.
