- n***_ (37)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem weighed less than advertised, I emailed the seller and asked for just a token payment as a apology but he refused. Thanks.Reply from: piers_rankin_silver_antiques- Feedback replied by seller piers_rankin_silver_antiques.- Feedback replied by seller piers_rankin_silver_antiques.Sellers beware - When the weight issue was raised (900g instead of 910g) we immediately offered a full refund and said we would pay the return postage. The buyer then replied ‘I’m not messing about with returning it, it will reflect in your review unless you offer me a token refund payment’. So right away they were not interested in returning the item and getting the refund, they were looking for compensation and trying to pressure us with a negative review.
