Item weighed less than advertised, I emailed the seller and asked for just a token payment as a apology but he refused. Thanks.

Sellers beware - When the weight issue was raised (900g instead of 910g) we immediately offered a full refund and said we would pay the return postage. The buyer then replied ‘I’m not messing about with returning it, it will reflect in your review unless you offer me a token refund payment’. So right away they were not interested in returning the item and getting the refund, they were looking for compensation and trying to pressure us with a negative review.
