The buyer should do sterilization with high temperture up to 135 C. We're not responsible for chemical sterization that could damage the tips. The buyer made a wrong cold sterilization ive and damaged them because these tips have metal, lens and plastic shell. We have sold these tips for a long time to global customers without any issue, only got the problem from this buyer. That feedback should be removed.
