The seller makes multiple sales with a single photo in their listing, but upon receiving the order, the items are different. I asked them to secure the blisters with painter’s tape, and my request was not considered; the item arrived with the blister broken. They did not offer a refund, they suggested filing a claim with USPS, but USPS has nothing to do with what happened.

Made multiple sales with this buyer. Packed all item well as I always do! I'm not responsible what happens with the package once I drop it off. I offered a refund, and I would file a claim with them post office. Buyer refused and wanted to keep all 3 items. There was a listing error with my assistant. Again, I was willing to accept a return and was communicating with buyer even though I was on vacation. This is a bad buyer! What a shame that sellers have to deal with people like this!
