Excessive shipping cost was the main culprit. $28.49 to send a 1 pound bubble wrap item via UPS. I can do retail at the post office for half that amount. I asked twice about it with no response. Also, they are a broker apparently for other companies. They did not provide tracking until the other business did so. How can I leave a positive? Aggravation does not merit a positive.
