Miller, assistant editor S.R. Redwood, with numerous contributors to this second edition.This particular copy is marked as belonging to a 'Melanie Jordan; Regional Staff Development Officer', hand written to the inner fly-page.This is the only marks I have found on going through the book.It is without dust-jacket, still solidly bound in the original green cloth on boards with embossed gilt titles to front & spine.There is wear to cover extremities, and there may well be the odd blemish I have missed inside.The 1st edition of this book was published in 1966, the second edition in 1976.It possibly had limited publication as an in house book, is certainly not common.I would give it an 8/10.”
