Hi, this was shipped timely. Per the tracking, it appears to be moving through the system, though a bit slower than desired. Ebay Standard Envelope shipping can take up to 10 business days to arrive. There are other ways to resolve this issue rather than leaving negative feedback, i.e., by reaching out first for a resolution. Let's give it a couple more days to see if it the tracking updates, if not, I'll send a refund an issue a insurance request.
