Item arrived in badly damaged box held together by plastic wrap with tiller sideways and cardboard ripped. The delivering company could not tell me what it was or where it came from. Many parts- including the wheels and wheel assembly, tools required for special parts, parts, paperwork and manual were missing. Seller recommended that I contact Champion for parts. Champion explained that the seller was not authorized and that there would be no warranty even though the tiller was listed as new.
