This item was advertised as a "NEW 3 PK Genuine Brother TN225 HY Toner Set CMY OEM HL-3140 3170 *BLUE OPEN*". It was clear that the blue had been open, but it inferred that it was "NEW". The blue cartridge was unusable. I put it into the machine and it would not register as having been replaced. Either it was known to be defective or it was not NEW and used.
