Was told had to send them the installed one first, before they could send replacement. I did. at the time of writing this 5 days later they still have not shipped replacement. Id send it back but at this point that's not possible, I cannot be without a PC. Be warned these people sell things they don't have on hand. Demand screen shot of system specs, or forget it.
