Horrible customer service. We ordered 15 stands and 5 were not the correct model. Contacted the seller on 9/9. They responded on 9/10 with a label and stated once they seen movement for the items I had to send back they would send out the correct units we were missing. Label was printed and the package was scanned on 9/11. The package was delivered back to them on 9/16. I wrote several emails with NO response. Requested a refund and got replacements on 9/20. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You explained that you wanted a replacement not a refund.
We had replacements sent to you as requested but we were unable to inform you that the replacements were sent as you blocked us from communicating with you. Then you opened a return case for a refund despite there already being a replacement on the way.
We sent the Replacements as soon as you requested them, well before you requested a refund instead. Again, you were not informed do to you blocking communication with us.
