The item was packaged nicely inside the with bubble wrap and paper, I think the box it’s self was just too flimsy though. It was a USPS priority mail box that he’d been flipped inside out and was very flexible and soft when it arrived, I suspect that may be why the mug was cracked all over when we opened it. The mug was $10 plus almost $10 for shipping making a $20 and change total.
