Unfortunately this buyer tried to scam me. Since we were unwilling to give them free product they have decided to leave a false review. We video all packages being boxed up, thus the recording shows the box was not tampered with. Buyer stated the side cardboard tear off was ripped off via messages. Our video shows the tear off in tact before and during packing. Buyer would not supply photos or videos of the shipping or booster box.
