If I could give negative stars I would! BEWARE of purchasing from this seller. I got a phone that was unusable. I realize mistakes can be made so I reached out for help. They CLAIMED the phone I got from them was not the phone they sent me!!! They said the condition of the phone was not the same as the listing! MAYBE THEY USED A BETTER CAMERA THAN MINE OR A DIFFERENT PHOTO. WHAT A SCAM!!! I am deeply offended. I have been an ebay seller for years and I have a 100% rating. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!

This buyer bought a phone from me and I was initially helping them, but when they sent me the IMEI of the phone, it was different than the IMEI of the phone I sent them. It was a completely different phone, so I stopped responding other than to confirm with them they should return the phone. Once I received it, I raised a claim with eBay and provided them with evidence, and they ruled it in my favor. However, it was a win-win as they were refunded but not out of my account.
