I ordered this product for my newborn and received a regular flow instead of a slow flow. I'm unable to use the regular flow for a few months so I contacted the seller twice to resolve the situation. I understand that mistakes happen and maybe a wrong item was sent. I would've been happy keeping the regular flow and receiving a discount to purchase the slow flow nipples but the seller has ignored both of my attempts to contact and resolve the issue.
