There description is accurate, its not new, but old stock. The box arrived taped up inside another box for shipping, the item purchased was dirty, stained and missing half the screws. Luckly, I was able to get the sizes of the screws and nuts needed after an online search. Hopefully, after a good rainstorm and a washing the stain will come out. If you want something brand new do not order from here if your ok with the item being dirty and doing some possible work its good.
