The item never arrived. Thank you for the no-hassle full refund of the cost of the item, plus shipping, plus taxes paid. The item was a smallish single book. I still wonder, though, why I was originally charged $12.99 for shipping and you then you ended up sending the item by USPS media mail. It seems that for the amount of postage paid that you could have sent the package with 2-3 day delivery with tracking which should have guaranteed timely delivery.
