This was a perfect item never used new with tags. Unfortunately, for 60+ dollars, I can do nothing with it, and it got rained on and two of the decals on it came off. Though it was and is marked as large, it is too small for my normally "large" helmet size. So now I have something cool I have nothing to do with for the cost of a weeks worth of groceries. I would add an actual internal measurement when selling, like what I do when selling clothes becuase manufacturers are egregiously inaccurate.
