We agree, this is frustrating and since this was sent to an international re-shipper we don't have control of how they repackaged and ship it to you. We sent this bubble-wrapped and in a box. They have to open it, inspect the item, and then repackage it. Shipping it in box is more expensive for your shipment company than the polymail they sent it in. I do hope you enjoy this parfum though and glad it came to you in one piece.
