First off. This unit is amazing! Exactly what I needed for my 2011 gmc acadia denali with bose sound system. It was completely plug and play. Didn't have to splice wires or try to find the right canbus to enter. Everything worked out of the box! Steering wheel controls, doors open, all speakers worked and incredible sound! Apple/android auto worked immediately. No setup required. The front dash cam works flawlessly as well. This product is amazing!

Everything was ok but the OBII scanner didn’t work and they keep running me in circles on steps to try to get it to work. Still haven’t got it to work. Paid extra for nothing.
