Awfully incompetent seller. I spent more than 100£ for well preserved vintage magazines and received them full of creases due to irresponsible packaging. The mags had been sitting flat for over 30 years, only to be folded to save quid on postage. Every collector knows this is unacceptable practice. I asked him to at least sponsor the postage costs for a further purchase. His reply: no because it would require "a car journey". Serious collectors please avoid this seller.

The buyer was unhappy because the music newspapers were folded over. I explained that to send them flat would increase the packaging cost by 500%, the postage cost by 100% and because I live in a rural location, a car journey. As a good will gesture I gave a 10% refund, but received threats of negative feedback if I didn't comply with their demands. After 20 years with eBay I suppose I was due a negative response.
