I ordered a chain mortiser after waiting two weeks the tracking said my package was out for delivery 2000 miles away! The post office told me name was correct on the package but the address was completely wrong! When I contacted the seller And told them they need to contact the post office and have it rerouted to my actual address they just refunded me no explanation! I didn’t want the refund.
