Parts was already installed preciouslty and screws was cross treaded I did installed the box trustin everthing eas ok but screws were damage and cant return because the unit was already set with pipes . Big mess , i had to buy an other one to fix this , No help from seller

Buyer messaged to ask if he could return the item and was told yes. We ALWAYS accept returns if an item is defective. But the buyer never opened the return. If he had an issue where he couldn't send the enclosure back, he should have said so; we would have worked with him. We always work to make sure buyers are happy. But we're not mind readers; especially when he specifically asked if he could return the item and was told "We will gladly take it back, he just needs to open a return".
