Sweatshirts never arrived, 3 weeks and they issued a refund but for only 1, still trying to get the other refunded

The problem come from this buyer Address. Give wrong address and item return back to seller. Also offer to reship the item and buyer don`t want. And for the refund, buyer just open the dispute for "partially refund" and we also just follow the request. Conclusion is all issue is come from this buyer. Never deal with this person again. Thanks!
